Location Chicago , Illinois , United States
Introduction I'm just a girl who is obsessed with salad spinners, Haribo gummy candy, argyle shirts, Netflix, Activia, the state of Kentucky, looking for a blue eyed lover to call my hubby for eternity - or a really long time! Bragging about the teaching degree I have, but refusing to teach home economics, traveling the globe, reading some good books, eating the best food ever, surrounding myself with nice, positive, and pleasant people, laughing so hard my stomach hurts, pursuing a life of a flight attendant - which I am doing now, and just trying to be happy as a clam until I conquer it all!
Interests Scrapbooking, chill'n with friends, reading, quilting, sewing, decorating, cooking, crocheting, camping, hiking, outdoorsy stuff, traveling, eating, blogging, netflixing, argyle shirts, salad spinners, photography, attending book club, going to school, gardening, etc.
Favorite Movies I love movies made in the 80's by John Hughes, Pretty in Pink, Some Kind of Wonderful, Breakfast Club, Uncle Buck, Trains, Plains, and Automobiles. I love Adam Sandler Movies, and of course the cheesey romantic comedy's. My latest favorites, Into the Wild, Run Fat Boy Run, Just Go With It, Life as We Know It, Not Juno...The Magic of Ordinary Days, and the Love Comes Softly series. Some classics that I'll watch over, and over again - What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Girls Just Want to Have Fun, Goonies, and Grease 2!
Favorite Music I love the 80's Genre. I have all the hits. I love country music, and rock. Currently I'm into the "Coffee House" genre. I hate the hard core rap music though! Just about anything from Glee - I'm a total Gleek!!!
Favorite Books Basically, I love romance novels, and books about traveling. I don't have much time to read, so I love listening to books on tape, or CD, or the latest iPod. Books on tape are HEAVEN SENT! If you want to see more of my reading likes check me out on Goodreads.com

Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?

Who the hell whittles?
