| Introduction | I've performed basic research for over 10 years in federal and academic settings. My experiences working with mammalian cells, yeast, bacteria, and worms have given me a hands-on appreciation for different tools available for biomedical research. Training under some of the brightest pioneers in genetic research has been exhilarating and I'm looking to change my career tract away from academia towards more applied and socially-aware sciences. |
