| Introduction | Hey guys, I'm Kristina. I live in a small town of less than 3000 people in Upstate NY. I'm a senior in college (that's scary to say) and a Spanish major with a minor in Health Studies. I lived in Argentina for 4 months this past Fall and it was an incredible experience. Basically, I am concerned with maintaining a healthy lifestyle in a world that seems to be going in the opposite direction. That doesn't just mean food, although that is a big part of it. Personal care products like shampoo, lotion, hair dye, cleaning products- I'm with the people who believe that you shouldn't put anything in your body that you wouldn't eat. |
