Introduction Teresa Bodwell has always loved the rugged mountains and open spaces of the West. After serving in the U.S. Army, where she helped make the world safe for John Phillip Sousa music, she received a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a law degree from The University of Oregon. As an attorney she has done a variety of things from prosecuting bid riggers to defending consumer rights and helping clients manage the nightmare of divorce. It doesn’t take long practicing law to see that life can be unfair and a joyous outcome is not always possible, yet she still believes in happily ever after. When she read her first romance novel, Teresa found a place where happy endings are guaranteed. She finds that writing love stories adds balance to her life. Teresa lives with her family in western Montana where she teaches law and serves as a Girl Scout volunteer. Teresa is a Certified Instructor of Trainers for Girl Scouts of Big Sky Council.
