| Introduction | My name is Maninas, and my food blog is Maninas: Food Matters : http://maninas.wordpress.com/! I'm a Croatian now living in the UK. [bow] I've always loved to cook and to travel, and food bloggging's been a great way of combining these two passions. I started blogging in May, and writing about food, recipes, places, restaurants, etc. My (long-term) aim is to travel the world through its taste, through its food, so my blog contains a variety of dishes both from Croatia and from around the world. I've only just started, so please bear with me! At the moment, I am particularly fascinated by Indian cuisine, its rich and complex flavour, and its variety.
