| Introduction | I'm a Science and Psychology teacher orginally from North Carolina and currently living in London. I started sewing after receiving a machine for Christmas in 2010. One of the first big projects I completed was a pair of curtains. Since then I've made a few cushions, some baby clothes, and things for friends. I want to get to the point where I can make some really nice items (shirts, jackets, trousers) for myself. I'm completely self-taught and have sat through lots of YouTube videos and bought countless books to help me become a better sewer. I’m always trying to learn as well as improve my techniques and would really appreciate some good advice from those more experienced. |
