Introduction	I'm a wife, mom, daughter, check-book balancer, full-time engineer, make-shift short order dairy-free egg-free cook, wanna-be-chef, and freelance gardener to a variety of dead plants. My husband is my hero. My child keeps me on the edge of insanity due to lack of sleep and drowning in love because he's my baby. No problem is too big that it can't be solved with a multi-tabbed spreadsheet, graph paper, scaled ruler, and a 0.7mm twist erase mechanical pencil.
Interests	Reading, cooking, gardening (when it's not 110 degrees in Texas), jogging, hiking, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, and raising goats (something that's not possible at the moment because we live in the city and I'm pretty sure there's an ordinance against it)

The love potion you made tastes terrible. How will you drink it?

With tequila, lime juice, Crystal Lite lemonade, grand marnier, and cointreau. Oh wait...that IS my love potion! Must have forgotten the salt....
