Introduction	Think of this as a food blog for "every woman." I could be called a soccer mom, but I'd prefer not to be! I have three children, 23, 20 and 16. My 23 year old daughter is out on her own. My 20 year old son is away at college. And, my 16 year old son is, of course, living here, at home with my husband and me. All three kids are in and out a lot for meals. Luckily, nobody is a picky eater in this family. I have always felt that food was central to the family experience. I always believed that sitting down to a family dinner every night was extremely important to my children's well being. The family dinner has been a fun time for us to connect with each other after a long and busy day. There are umpteen studies about the benefits of sitting down each night together for dinner. I believe every one of them. I am not working because I have stage 4 cancer. But, I don't let that define me. No, not at all.
