| Introduction | Previous to this blog, I had another called "From Tassie to Karratha". That blog was about a huge adventure that my husband and I were about to embark upon in early 2014. You can find the link to the right. Unfortunately, that big adventure never happened. My cherished husband, Chris, was diagnosed with cancer on the day that we were supposed to leave this little island state and died 18 days later. My life as I knew it has been turned upside down, shaken till it's teeth rattle and wrung out like a dish cloth. I find it helps to write; writing gives me an opportunity to make the jumbled up thoughts into a record for future reference. This is a documentation of a very ordinary life that has had some extraordinary times. This is my story now. |
