| Introduction | I'm a displaced Yankee currently residing in the midwest and yearning for the sweet salty tang of the north east shore. I am a voracious reader, an eclectic writer and an enthusiastic artist. I like photography, urban exploring, biking, hiking and collecting rats. I have Crohn's and Asperger's. Consequently I know where every bathroom is in a 200 mile wide radius of me at any given time but am usually too afraid to use them. I don't travel very much. The word 'loaf' bothers me. |
| Interests | Photography, painting, sketching, doing the tourist thing, exploring abandoned buildings, riding, hiking, biking, long drives, reading, Brit mystery movies, exploring second hand stores |
| Favorite Movies | Princess Bride, 5th Element, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, anything else that has lots of pretty colors, silly dialogue and allows me to suspend belief in reality for awhile, good mystery movies, action movies with lots of explosions. I go to the movies to have fun, not to analyze life or be mournful. Any movie where the main character dies in the end ie; Titanic is immediately added to my hate list, no matter how much I was enjoying the movie before the ending. |
| Favorite Music | Alternative, Rock, and Classical. Real classical, especially with lots of strings, not that loathsome easy listening stuff. Yuck. |
| Favorite Books | Anything by Terry Pratchett, some books by Bradbury and Asimove, Tortilla Flats, The original Princess and the Goblin, Chick books, Brit Mysteries, well done scary stories, and far too many others to list. |
