| Favorite Movies | So few hours, so many movies. I'm a complete movie hound and have wide and varied tastes. I love independent movies -- or those in the indie spirit -- foreign films, documentaries, art-house movies. Roku is my friend. |
| Favorite Music | My music is Americana -- old blues, old country, swing, jazz, folk and an eclectic mix including songs my friends and I write ourselves. When I'm writing, I keep Marian McPartland's Piano Jazz station on Pandora running in the background. |
| Favorite Books | The content of my favorites list changes but the reading habit remains consistent. I have a book at every place in my home where I perch--my reading chair in the living room, the kitchen table, my bedside table, etc. I wish I had more time to read fiction, but when I do, I tend to binge-reading and the world (at least MY world) stops until I finish the novel. Mostly, I read non-fiction these days -- environment, politics, history, society. |
