| Introduction | I design patterns for hand-knitters and I love to learn new techniques that improve the details of my work and that make new things possible. Pattern-testing has been a great way to learn to make intuitive patterns, and has really stretched me. Creating tailored garments and accessories is very important to me, and I love to use technology to make things easier. My favorite thing is to create forms that calculate the number of stitches to cast on based on gauge, so I (or you!) can use any gauge yarn you like. I have incorporated this into many of my projects, and will keep using them going forward. They are fun to make and they are effective. My online portfolio of hand-knit pieces. |
