Introduction	Life has been a grand adventure :o). After graduating from U of Q with a BVSc, I have worked and lived in Canada, the US and New Zealand before returning back to Australia in 2006. Upon returning to Australia, I rediscovered the joys of running and have completed 3 marathons. Since then I’ve been dealing with injury issues and poor training tolerance. This blog delves into those issues as a runner post-menopause.
