| Introduction | We've got me, him, and Thing 1 (boy, 8) and Thing 2 (girl, 5). Lets just say that you know you live too close to a major theme park when you're on a plane in heavy turbulence and while most passengers are more than a little uncomfortable, your kids raise up their arms and yell, "Wheeeeeee!!!" I'm a pediatric occupational therapist on increasingly temporary hiatus. When that ends, maybe my blog name will change, maybe it won't. Many of my posts mention my medical follies. Just so you know I'm not a hypochondriacal drug and surgery seeker, realize that I have at least 1, probably 2 auto-immune disorders that cause most of my issues. I'm praying for the day that I don't know what my next surgery will be before I get done with the current one! Until then, I'll just make the most of the other parts of life! |
