| Introduction | About Kim Bosak ... I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids. I have lost 26 pounds on weight watchers and exercise. I am in a much better place because of this thing I did for ME!! I am so happy that I learned how to eat healther and stay focused so I thought I would start a blog so other friends and Weight Watchers can come share thoughts and if we feel discouraged talk about it and stay on track.
