| Introduction | I went through gastric bypas surgery and, as far as I'm concerned, life is good! My health issues are finally resolved, and I'm feeling (and looking) darn good! Now I'm finally ready to live again (150+ LBS lighter) and eat the foods I can have, and even some I shouldn't, but life is too short to give up everything I love! Here's to good food! Even though I can only have a few bites! |
