| Introduction | To dispense with any common misconceptions people have when I tell them I'm vegan - like - "where do you get your protein?", or "how can you have enough energy to run eating salad?" or "if you're a vegan, why do you drive an SUV?". Another misconception is that Dallas is not a vegan-friendly town. Ok, well maybe that conception is somewhat true - but it's getting better every day and I am loving it! |
