| Introduction | I want to pursue a career in Film critiquing either online or in a journalistic sense. I am a huge horror fan but not that much of Neo-Horror. I like to look at films thematically and love to spot satire, irony and social commentary, Horror is the perfect place to express an opinion about society in my opinion. I like to exploit films for what they are as in my eyes these new Horror films are making a mockery out of the Horror genre. I am only an amateur but I possess A-Levels in English Literature and Language, History and Psychology. I also speak French and strangely enough I know quite a bit of Latin. I'm an avid movie watcher and will watch anything between 10 and 30 films a week sometimes, either old or new. I have also branched out into book reviews, game reviews and graphic novel reviews, with the help of others. |
