| Introduction | Richard is a Financial Property Management Analyst at Stanford University. He is a past National President of the National Property Management Association (NPMA), a professional association of personal asset management workers from all over the United States as well as overseas. He retired from Northrop Grumman after twenty-seven years of service to work for Stanford. He is certified with the NPMA as a Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) and is a Certified Fellow (CF) in the association. Richard graduated from Simpson College in 1962 with a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, pastored briefly in the Christian & Missionary Alliance, before entering the business world where is skills were better utilized. He is a member of the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church and is active in small group ministries. His interests include fishing, reading and in recent years, walking. Richard's theological interests run broad and deep and he is constantly asking God to expand his horizons. This blog will be used to share thoughts, ideas, trivia and sometimes nonsense.
