| Introduction | I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls and a wife to a loving husband. I am a teacher by education but currently stay home with my youngest daughter. Since first picking up a chef's knife at the age of 23, I have had a love of cooking and recipe collecting. Although I love pouring over cookbooks and trying new recipes, I have never considered myself an innovative cook. Now that most of my recipes are no longer a possibility for me, I have broken free from my culinary inhibitions and am applying every bit of knowlege years of recipe research can provide. My goal is to create delicious food that works around my food sensitivities and into my family's palate. I hope my recipes will appeal to anyone who loves food, sensitivities aside. Bon Appétit! |
