| Introduction | Hi, I'm Brandy. Going from the fast pace of working in a hospital to the faster pace of three little boys has been quite a change. I am learning to be a good homemaker and mom, and I strongly desire to help other women do the same. I know what you are thinking...what is there to learn? A lot really: Keeping a home, cooking, mending, "feathering a nest", finances, being a good wife, keeping a gentle manner with your children, finding value in your role. I have found a wonderful network of moms in similar phases of life and full of wisdom. I decided to start my own blog because my true heart's desire is to be able to share my experiences, mentor the next generation of wives and mothers, support my peers, and see families and marriages flourish.Some fun things you will find here are: I craft, I sew, I get crazy excited over vintage items. I love tea parties, hats, baking, healthy meals, naturopathy, and swinging for hours on the porch with my boys. I have found that a positive outlook and knowing your value as a person are key elements in living an overall happy and fulfilling life.
