Introduction	My wife Molly, and son Bridger, live in Bend, OR. In the past I have spent most of my life living in Central and Northern Minnesota.I love to bike, ski, camp, travel, and in general enjoy the outdoors. I give my best effort to try and make the environment a better place to live for future generations by following a simple well known phrase of "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rebuild, Repair" in all aspects of life. Another aspect of my life I strive to keep in check is living in balance, hence the mjn Equilibrium title of this blog. Along this complicated journey we are in I work to keep things as simple as possible.
