| Introduction | A trained pastry professional, I currently reside in Northern Colorado with my husband, 2 kids, 2 big Golden Retrievers and 3 cats surrounded by wonderful neighbors. I closed my last food service business, an independent meal prep service in 2008 and have since been working outside of food. I still develop and sell recipes that support meal prep businesses. My recipes have been used in over 90 other similar businesses in 4 countries. Even working outside of food,the urge to create and eat yummy things doesn't just go away.
