| Introduction | For 18 yrs. I was a hairdresser and sang part time in bands and for weddings. After multiple health issues I decided to stop working as a hairdresser and concentrate on getting healthy and do some soul searching. This now led me down the path of nutrition and holistic medicine along with jewelry design and metalsmithing. For now this is what consumes my life as I have found out that I am Gluten Intolerant and that this has caused the majority of my past and present health issues. Through Blogger I have learned so much about my condition and how to survive it with great recipes, product reviews and a wonderfully supportive community. |
