| Introduction | Eric Hart is a student editor at the Harvard Economic Policy Review. His policy interests are focused on the intersection of the government and private sectors. Mr. Hart is completing his MBA at Harvard Business School (Class of 2009), and received an undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard College. Mr. Hart has worked as a management consultant, a product manager for a Seattle-area start-up company and as a local government manager in San Antonio. He grew up on a family wheat farm in Eastern Washington State and currently resides in the Boston area. |
