| Introduction | We are Jenny, Daisy and Matilda. Jenny is 37, an ex-pat married to an Irish man. Full-time working mother-of-three, currently working on her first novel. She admits to nursing a shoe and handbag fetish, and is the proud owner of an imaginary pair of Louboutins, and an ostrich leather Bayswater. Daisy is 33, a freelance journalist and aspiring novelist – although she hasn’t actually written any fiction yet. She loves red velvet cupcakes, cookery classes, clubbing in her old age, and recently took up tennis solely to meet men. Matilda is 29, a wanderer keen to explore the world sometimes by choice or simply for the fun of it. She loves losing afternoons in musty bookshops, sifting through new and old books searching for answers to her questions or finding others who share her curiosity of people and relationships. She has a fascination with owls and vintage trinkets. Matilda has a weakness for tapas bars, art house cinemas and death by chocolate cake. |
