| Introduction | When I became a stay-at-home mom, I recalled memories of my mother making dinner everynight. (Except for Pizza Friday!) I now have a one year old and a two year old and feel eating dinner together as a family is vital. I want my family to talk and enjoy each other and hey, why not have a great meal with it? I do not claim to know everything about cooking. Nope, not me. I am very playful so you may read that throughout my recipes as I try not to be too serious. Life can be so serious anyways, why not make something as pleasurable as possible? I laugh at my food and it sometimes laughs right back at me :) I am here to share our family recipes, create new ones, discover what tastes great and show off some kitchen skills .
