| Introduction | I have worked as a child care worker since 1986. I'm passionate about early childhood education, and thought I might start a blog as a means of articulating for myself my views and philosophy on working with small children. I have been happily surprised to find a network of fellow teachers from all over our world, and am now passionate about blogging as well. One other of my passions is literature - I love all kinds of books - novels, mystery and detective fiction, memoirs, "how to" books, and childrens' books. I've begun my new blog, Mullin Avenue Workshop to learn to write creatively, and have found such wonderful creative blogs to follow - so inspiring! I will be, 60 in the not too distant future, and I think blogging will be a way for me to continue learning and growing. I believe in life long learning. |
