Introduction	Known to polish off pots of Minute Rice for days on end in the Midwest, Rob has lived in St. Louis, New Orleans, Omaha and a slew of Colorado mountain towns, but now resides in the high dessert hamlet of Silver City, New Mexico. Those pots of instant rice have given way to elaborate meals inclined toward molecular gastronomy techniques married with classic French pastry. Rob is currently the chef/owner of the Cafè at the Kumquat, a small dining experience housed in a large minded gourmet store in Silver City.
