Favorite Movies | Favorite directors: Jim Jarmusch, Scorcese, Harmony Korine, Coen Bros., George Romero, Tarantino, Michel Gondry, Sam Peckinpah, Fellini, & the list goes on... Favorite movies: Papillon, Dead Man, Down by Law, Cool Hand Luke, Gummo. The BBC's Planet Earth is amazing. |
Favorite Music | I collect lp's off all sortz: motown, funk, 70's soul, hip-hop, jazz, old rock, indie rock, folk rock, punk rock, blues, new wave 80's bands, etc. |
Favorite Books | I read novels in spells, from Herman Hesse to Tom Robbins. I read alot of non-fiction, mostly on pottery, photography, & music. I usually keep a poetry book close by. I love Walt Whitman & enjoy Ginsberg but my favorite poetry book is an anthology called the Outlaw Bible of American Poetry. I enjoy the occasional eastern wisdom read... a lil' wabi sabi goes a long way. |
