| Introduction | I’ve nurtured my cottage garden for the past twenty years. It’s the garden of a small miners cottage in a welsh village. There’s the flattish Top Garden, named for the fact that it’s higher than the steeply sloping Bottom Garden. When I arrived here there were a lot of brambles and grass. Now there’s some grass, some brambles, and many other plants that come and go and some that stay. |
