Introduction	I've done a triathlon, lost weight, gained weight, graduated, gone back to school, dieted, made a lifestyle change, become a runner, been injured, graduated again...shall I go on? I've done a lot in my life - but I still have a lot to go. Still have work to do and lessons to learn. Just writing them down so I don't forget or get distracted by shiny objects.
