Favorite Music | This is bio for Chaz, Boston PI, not JUDE I used to be a foreign correspondent for the Boston Globe. I hated that the stuff I wrote about while overseas could prevent a lot of trouble if only it went on Page 1, instead of Page 18 of the paper. Only after disaster struck, would it be front page news. Now, as a PI, I can have a direct impact on changing things, one case at a time. Some years before joining the Globe I worked for a most colorful private detective--a native of Romania. He taught me the ropes during those humid collegiate summers. |
Favorite Books | For nine months my mind expanded into the universe of great literature, and for three gritty months I saw a seamy side, helping my detective boss solve crimes and mysteries the police were too busy for or too fed up with. I never thought I would return, by choice, to this world. But after stacks of bodies in semi-open graves in Bosnia, and worse, I find a strange comfort in catching errant spouses, petnappers, long lost heirs, and so on in good old Beantown. |
