| Introduction | Hi, my name's Veronica Montalvo. I'm the Vice President of Enrollment Management for Post University's Accelerated Degree Program. My passion lies in changing and enhancing people's lives through education and training. I joined Post in 2005 as the university's first Admissions Counselor in the re-organized ADP. I played an integral role in growing the department from a team of one with about 60 ADP students, to a team of 90 with 5,000 students. I began my career as a recruiter for one of the country's largest executive search companies. I am of Puerto Rican descent, and speak Spanish and English. I was born and raised in Connecticut. As the eldest of two, I was the first in my family to graduate from high school and college. I have a master's degree in business management from Albertus Magnus College (which I earned as a working adult) and a bachelor's degree in communication from Eastern Connecticut State University. As a young cancer survivor, I'm an advocate for other cancer warriors. I donate to and volunteer for the American Cancer Society and Cancer Schmancer Movement. You can read my blog posts here. |
