About me

Gender Female
Occupation Office Manager
Location Jackson, WI
Introduction I'm a wife and a mom. I have probably the most beautiful daughter in the course of history. The funniest at least! I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology that I am not currently using, nor do I plan to any time soon. I am the office manager of Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Menomonee Falls, WI and I adore my job. While I have a "job", my real passion is my business, Sass Rocket Studios. I make all kinds of fun stuff like bags, note pad holders, reusable coffee cozies, the not-wallet and I also have a baby line of stuff too, TheEmmaline. It's pretty fabulous! My secret dream is to one day open up a bakery. (I guess it's not so secret anymore.) I LOVE Dane Cook! I am such an anal retentive control freak. And the fact that I realize it is detrimental to my well-being sometimes. I'm a freak about grammer, punctuation, spelling and the lack of it in society these days. I think the growth of texting is mostly to blame...WTF...lol! My daughter will grow up knowing how to properly use commas. Ooohhh, and I love a good Snickers Bar! I could go on and on...but I think I'll stop there.
Interests Books, movies, science, cooking/baking (never thought I'd say that...my mom always said....), botany, lots of things.
Favorite Movies Really? There are too many to even name. But I'd have to say that my all time favorite would probably be Steel Magnolias. Followed in a close second by Superbad or Anchorman.
Favorite Music I'm pretty open and I can really tolerate most anything. I will tell you that I loathe Rage Against the Machine, Nirvana and I really wouldn't mind if I never heard another Beastie Boys song again.
Favorite Books To Kill a Mockingbird, Eat Love Pray, Lipstick Jungle, Sleeping with Enemies, White Oleander and the Harry Potter Series.

The first time you had your shoes taken off - how surprised were you to see that you still had toes?

Probably pretty freakin' surprised because I was very little...considering I don't remember the first time I had my shoes taken off. I guess at that age, I didn't know what was going to happen when the shoe got pulled off.
