| Introduction | I'm a food junkie to the highest power who adores wine and dining. In addition to once winning a Food Network original recipe contest, I was also the 2007 winner in the category of Best Tasting Overall at All Childrens Hospital's Iron Chef America, Tampa Style amateur chef fundraising event ...so I also know my way around a kitchen and enjoy creating my own dishes. A freelance writer, my dining column entitled "WTFork" is published biweekly in the Friday Extra section of the Tampa Tribune. My musings, rants and proclamations of adoration are sincere reflections of my gastronomic experiences. Unlike many of my restaurant-blogging peers, I have never accepted (nor requested) cash, prizes or gratis meals in exchange for glowing write-ups and never will...so expect total (and sometimes brutal) honesty on this here blog.
