| Introduction | I am the mom of a vaccine injured autistic child who also suffers from seizures. We are gratefully in the process of recovery which, for us, includes the gluten-free, casein-free diet. As Southerners, we really enjoy and have become accustomed to traditional Southern Cuisine. I created this blog to hopefully share some of our tried and true Southern dishes. Occasionally there may be one or two that aren't necessarily Southern, but they are all gluten and casein free. I may also, from time to time, post pics and information about products I find that are helpful in the home, as well as pics of some of our favorite things in our home.
