| Introduction | Hi! I’m Alicia Huppman, SPHR, MBA, and Assistant Professor and Program Manager of Human Resource Management at Peirce College. Before joining Peirce, I served as an HR director and consultant for more than 20 years, where I specialized in small- to medium-sized emerging technology companies. Throughout my career, I’ve taught HR, Research, and Management courses at Immaculata University and St. Joseph’s University. I’m currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.
