Introduction	Even though I ran my first half marathon in January, 2005, and have run 6 half marathons since (7 if you count the 16 miles from Chicago 2007), I still consider myself a "newbie" runner. Trying to lose weight and get faster along the way. Problem is I love food and wine, and um, beer!
Interests	Running, reading, college football, pro football, college basketball, Cardinals baseball, reality tv, musicals (especially Sondheim musicals), symphonies (especially Beethoven's 5th and Bach Brandenburg Concertos)
Favorite Movies	The Godfather 1 and 2, Heat, 40-Year Old Virgin, Center Stage, Scream 1 & 2, Drumline, Foul Play, Resevoir Dogs, The Sixth Sense, Blood Simple, Grosse Pointe Blank, Rebecca, Fame, Eastern Promises
Favorite Music	Like mostly everything except easy listening or jazz. Love Blue October, Justin Timberlake, Green Day, 30 Seconds to Mars, Linkin Park, Lyle Lovett, Black Eyed Peas, musicals
Favorite Books	John Sandford's Lucas Davenport series; Karin Slaughter Grant County series; anything by Ridley Pearson, Jan Burke, Elizabeth George, Stephen White, Stephen Booth, Deborah Crombie, Charlaine Harris and most anything that David Thompson at Murder by The Book bookstore recommends
