| Introduction | I was born in Colombia and raised in NYC, I grew up eating meat with a side of meat! As I grew older I started to experiment with many vegetarian meals and realized how much I love meatless meals. I will be 50 in two years and I do not want to push my luck with my health. I still have a lot of living that I want to do. I have chosen to eat a vegan diet for health reasons and also to make my small contribution to saving the animals and the planet; one meal at a time! |
