Introduction Running fortifies my life in many ways and is something I enjoy reflecting on and sharing with others. I started running in 1996, and while at the time it was mostly in order to lose weight, since then it has become so much more. I started with running a one mile at a time when I started to running my first marathon in the fall of 1997. I finished my 11th marathon in fall 2008 and I keep chugging along!
