| Introduction | I am an Early Childhood Educator graduated from Georgebrown college, Toronto. Currently, I am a stay at home mom. Living in Toronto with my hub, a software professional and two lovely kids. My perspective about the food, is to add a variety of foods as possible in the diet. Eat foods in season, fresh produce. Use food, the way nature intended them, unprocessed, free from chemicals. I make sure my family gets all the four food groups mentioned in the Canadian food guide. |

| Favorite Music | I Enjoy listening to all kinds of music, I listen to music even if I dont understand the words. I hear music and rhythm around me, in the leaves, in the wind and even in the child's cry and I'm little bit of singer too, who loves to sing the gospel songs, praising God. |
