| Introduction | I am a young mom to 11 awesome kids (8 of which have come to us through transracial adoption). I am married to Josh, the "Big Daddy" of all daddies. :) We live, work and play in the Rocky Mountains, although I was born a New Yorker and will be a Yankees fan until the day I die (and probably longer). I am a brown haired, fair-skinned, easily sunburned Polish/Irish/Swedish/Italian (and some other stuff) gal who loves books and old movies and prefers snowy days to hot days. I am a glass-half full-always-look-on-the-bright-side-of-life morning person who is fairly useless by 10 p.m. I prefer strawberry to chocolate and love old movies, books and all things Disney. I write for fun and for a paycheck and don't enjoy cooking or gardening. My husband and my kids are my life, and I am also passionate about advocating for the millions of orphaned children in the world, and about HIV education and awareness. |
