| Introduction | I’m The Food Mentalist but my friends and family call me Erin. I’m passionate about food and so is my husband Pete. We live in Sydney with our eccentric cat Max, who also loves his food, he has a particular fondness for broccoli ,peas and the occasional tomato. Here you will find my food chronicles and tales of taste including restaurant visits, recipes and travel adventures. I am mad about baking, eating, food photography, cooking, travelling and mac cheese! One of the first things I do when I travel overseas is visit the local supermarket searching for odd ingredients and exploring the different varieties of food. I also enjoy scouring through op shops for vintage pieces to use in our kitchen. I am a chocolate addict and I am yet to find a way that I can enjoy oysters...any suggestions? |
