| Introduction | I'm a passionate, goal-oriented gal who truly believes that in order to embrace oneself, he/she MUST MUST MUST be able to let go once in a while and LIVE A LITTLE! Dress UP and dance 80's style, take some paints and go wild on your bedroom wall, GO STREAKING! (not really, unless you MUST) Life should be fun and it should be full of flavor, which is why I have always been so drawn to the culinary arts. I find that when I find myself in a rut of some sort, nothing feels more natural, more therapeutic, or more freeing than getting my tush in the kitch...I ALWAYS feel better after I've been cooking and feel SO lucky to have such a fallback in my life. I'm in college right now (sophomore year is coming to an end soon) and just got a FANTASTIC JOB at Culinary Concepts in Philadelphia which is the city's top catering company! It's a dream job for me right now, and I couldn't be happier! After college I hope to go to culinary school, but who knows where I'll end up studying! I hear Dubai has an excellent culinary academy! (If only...) |
