Introduction	While nestled here in the Pioneer Valley of Western MA (near the Connecticut River) our outdoor grill is used weekly from spring through fall. Grilled Fish is so good! Nutritious fruits and vegetables grow here in the Valley and I use them in many of my family's favorite foods. New recipes are also fun to discover and to share. Cooking is definitely Chemistry!
