Occupation A happy to be homemaker:)
Location Pacific Northwest, United States
Introduction Aimee sat on the fallen tree at the edge of the mountainside and gazed out at the beauty of the scene all around her. Below her was the village of her youth and much of her adulthood. Nearby some of her children and their children still lived. In front of her were still more mountains with evergreen trees that filled their lower slopes and a cap of white snow on the very top of each peak. Above her was the lofty summit where her Friend, who had gone years before her, waited for her arrival. He had already prepared the special mountain cabin she had always dreamed of living in and had written her about it. Soon, but not too soon, they would enjoy a meal there joined by all of the others who had climbed the same path she was now on. But she still had a lot to do before that time and there was a long trail left to climb.
