| Introduction | I am a God-fearing wife, mother,daughter, sister, writer, mixtress, ingredient enthusiast, lover of my natural hair and my beautiful brown skin. I try to eat right, but often fall short (oh well, i'll get there). I love consistency, but am not afraid of change.
