Introduction Clancy enjoys writing, blogging, momming, wifeing, singing, running, reading among other things. She thinks it's silly to talk about herself in the third person. Clancy wonders how she got so lucky in pulling the perfectly-matching-husband and coolest-kids-ever card, but then she remembers that luck has nothing to do with it. She was once told by an astrologist that she is a social genius, which she thought was a catchy phrase. Clancy often wonders if other people ponder both randomly silly and deeply emotional things with equal gravity or is it just her? Clancy has grand aspirations including, but not limited to, going to a karaoke bar and singing with many crazy, let-loose friends, as well as someday seeing every show she can, live on Broadway. Clancy does love a good comment from her readers and she loves and thanks you for it, but she also sends goodwill to you commentless ghost readers. She has a simple hope that you enjoy her meandering mind.

Favorite Movies Peaceful Warrior, Newsies, French Kiss, Powder among others that I can't think of right now... there's always the classics, I guess- Willow, The Princess Bride, Clue, The Matrix. I suppose these are just classics in my own mind because my siblings and I always quote them!
Favorite Music Sarah McLachlan, Cat Stevens, Eva Cassidy, various country artists and songs, various songs from musicals such as "For Good" from Wicked, and there's lots of Clancy's brain's one-hit-wonders... for example: I love Britney Spears song "Everytime", but that is the only song of hers that I like. She's a one hit wonder in Clancy's brain.
Favorite Books Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, The Alliance, Remembering Wholeness, The Wheel of Time series, The Work and the Glory series, Dracula, The Notebook, The Alchemist, The Traveler, The Dark River, Atonement and many many others.

Lionesses have no manes. How do they know when they've grown up?

We don't need manes, we lionesses just know.
