Wilson, Guns Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond, Conquests and Cultures by Thomas Sowell, Grapes of Wrath by Steinbeck and all the Bronte works, and to many others to mention. I love to read especially if it gets my mind working. Physics and history are my favorite subjects. Oh, and I love Stephen King and I'm not afraid to admit it. |
Describe the sound of a moist waffle falling onto a hot griddle.
There is no sound. It's not a waffle till it's cooked. There is a second theory currently being argued that a waffle is not officially a waffle until an appropriate topping has been applied. It is however firmly established that a waffle does not exist until it is cooked, therefore--no sound.
